1. Honest Reviews Only
You agree to only review sellers you have genuinely purchased from. Submitting fake reviews will result in immediate account termination.
2. One Review Per Order
Each tracking number can only be used once. You may not review the same seller more than once within 60 days.
3. AI Moderation
All reviews are analyzed by AI. Reviews flagged as fake or spam may be rejected. AI decisions can be appealed by contacting support.
4. Subscription
Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Your Verified badge remains active until the period ends.
